SDA Properties
We offer a range of SDA properties in prime locations, designed with accessibility, comfort, and safety in mind. Our properties are equipped with the latest technology and amenities.
NDIS Navigation
The NDIS can be complex, but our team of NDIS specialists is here to help. We assist our clients in navigating the NDIS and ensuring they get the most out of their funding. We can provide introductions to Support Coordinators and Supported Independent Living (SIL) Providers if required or can also work together with your preferred SIL care provider and establish an ongoing agreement to define our ongoing roles and responsibilities.
Property Management
We provide comprehensive property management services to ensure the effective and efficient management of SDA properties. These services can include property maintenance, rental management and emergency response services. This ensures that the property is always in good condition, safe and comfortable for residents, and compliant with NDIS SDA regulations.
Community Engagement:
